Not all Atriums are created equal, both in terms of interior, but also ~ WHERE THE VILLA IS LOCATED IN THE BUILDING !!! This villa is an UPSTAIRS extended end unit, as opposed to an interior or retracted end unit. The reason this is important ~ PRIVACY !!! With the retracted end units, as folks walk up/down the stairs they can look right onto the deck and into both bedrooms. With our UPSTAIRS Extended End Villa, you will not be sandwiched between two units, nor will you have other decks looking back at you, or folks looking in as they walk up or down the stairs !!! This is also a HIGH END PET FRIENDLY VILLA ~ why should anyone be penalized because they have 4 legged family members !!!!
